216 Marketplace Emerges

In June we knew that there would be availability in our storefront space and set an intention to bring in a local retail business. As a few folks approached us, most said the same thing: "It's too big for what I need."

So...a concept was born. A subdivision of the space. A vision for featuring vintage, antique & unique finds, a book nook, local makers, and small businesses. A community gathering space. Art. We toyed around with the idea for a bit, spoke to a few folks looking for space, and then a pattern began to emerge. A destination for shopping, creativity & connection with a dedicated space for community meetings, art-based classes & gatherings grew and became 216 Marketplace.

The painting is ALMOST done...just some trim work now. ONE space left and 2 potential owners.
